What People Are Saying

“When we hired Michael Peterson for the first time to perform a concert at our National Convention in 2005, he asked us if he could write us a song for the event. We had no idea that 5 years later we would still be singing that song and his praises as a communicator.

His ongoing work as our National Spokesperson for the American Legacy Scholarship has made a measurable difference in helping us to provide college scholarships for the children of the fallen.”

— Jack Querfeld

Director Of Internal Affairs, American Legion National Headquarters

“I was familiar with Country music star Michael Peterson from hearing his hit songs on the radio. I had no idea he was such a funny and inspiring communicator.

We were completely blown away by his ability to hit the bull’s eye for our audience.”

— Randy Blass

Director of Management, College Of Business, Florida State University

Michael Peterson has a way of bringing humor and a heartfelt human touch to any audience, regardless of race or age.

His ‘My Real Life/Strong For America’ Tour on behalf of the U.S. Army helped break down multiple racial and psychological barriers in our community.

In some schools a new movement was created. Hundreds of students in Charlotte are now echoing, What is Real?’ and ‘Tag, You're It’.

Thank you Michael Peterson.”

A note from Michael Peterson:

President Teddy Roosevelt was quoting Squire Billy Widener when he wrote: ‘As Americans, we have an obligation to do what we can with what we have, wherever we are.’

Inspired by that quote, I began to use my talents as an entertainer, songwriter, and inspirational speaker in support of active duty Military service members, Veterans and their families following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Since then, I have shared my heart with them in musical performances and presentations over 500 times in 14 countries.

My intent for these concerts is two-fold:

1. To entertain and express my deep appreciation of our nations defenders of freedom and their families.

2. Whenever possible, use each performance as a bridge to my wife Jill’s inspiring presentation introducing effective non-pharmaceutical resources that can assist with Post Traumatic Stress recovery.

Jill, an Army Women’s Hall Of Fame inductee and Department of Defense Woman of the Year, was wounded at the Pentagon on 9/11. Watching her years of dedication to healing her own invisible wounds, I gained a deeper understanding of the challenges facing those with post Traumatic Stress. Her transition from Post Traumatic Stress to Post Traumatic Growth was awe inspiring to say the least.

Now equipped with two Masters degrees in Health and Wellness and multiple certifications in non-pharmaceutical healing modalities, Jill is using her ‘lessons learned’ to help Veterans and First Responders experience healing.

Seeing her in action, I have witnessed hope fulfilled, as Veterans and family members living with Post Traumatic Stress empower their recovery using non-pharmaceutical modalities of healing.

If Jill or I can assist you or your organization in your efforts to improve quality of life for First responders, active duty Military, Veterans or Military family members, please reach out to us.

We are here to serve you when you are ready.

God bless America
